As the CSR/RSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sustainable strategies and initiatives across the organisation.

As the CSR/RSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sustainable strategies and initiatives across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's CSR/RSE strategy, aligning it with the global sustainability goals and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure CSR initiatives are integrated into the company's operations and business practices.
- Monitor and report on the company's sustainability performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, employees, and local communities, to foster strong relationships and promote CSR values.
- Lead and support CSR-related projects, such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and community engagement programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a CSR/RSE role, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of CSR frameworks and international sustainability standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset and ability to gather and interpret data for sustainability reporting.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
