2. Pre-Screening Interview: If your profile catches our attention and you are happy to proceed, we will contact you for a pre-screening interview to further evaluate your suitability for the role. We will explain further to you the client's profile, culture and organisation and his detailed requirements for the roles. The interview may cover your knowledge of ESG frameworks, your previous experience in ESG, and your motivation and aspirations to pursue a career in ESG and Sustainability. Depending on the specific role and requirements, we may administer skill assessments or tests to assess your competencies in areas such as sustainability reporting, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, or environmental impact assessment. 3. In-Depth Interviews: If pre-selected, we can also invite you for in-depth interviews via phone, video conference, or in person , along with other shortlisted candidates. These interviews delve deeper into your ESG and Sustainability knowledge, experience, and skills. They may involve behavioral-based questions, scenario-based discussions, or case studies related to sustainable business practices. |
4. Reference Checks: We contact your provided references, typically your three previous employers or colleagues, to gather insights into their past performance, work ethic, and capabilities in ESG and Sustainability roles.

Candidate Presentation: If we determine that your profile aligns strongly with our client's search, with your consent, we will share your resume and may prepare a comprehensive briefing highlighting your qualifications, skills, and experience to present to our client.
