Our client, a leading Global Asset Manager, is seeking a Sustainable Investing Product Commercialisation Director to join their team in New York, US. Our client is on a mission to redefine the investment landscape by focusing on sustainability and transition ETFs. As the Sustainable Investing Product Commercialisation Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the commercialisation strategy for sustainability and transition ETFs in the US market. This is a unique opportunity to work in close partnership with various teams, including Product, Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Legal, to drive meaningful change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product segment commercialisation strategy for sustainability and transition ETFs in the US.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the segment market, including product trends, client needs, and competitor activities, through third-party research and insights from across the organisation.
- Collaborate in the creation of the overarching sustainable and transition marketing and product commercialisation roadmap.
- Prioritize initiatives to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product commercialisation within the financial sector, preferably with a focus on sustainable investments.
- In-depth knowledge of the ETF market and trends in sustainability.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful product commercialisation.

Salary
