We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Senior Consultant to join a Real Estate Property Manager in Manchester. This renowned B-Corp-certified real estate asset manager offers a comprehensive suite of services tailored to the needs of real estate clients, landlords, SMEs, and commercial occupiers. As a Sustainability Senior Consultant, you will be part of a sustainability team where you will play a key role in advancing ESG and sustainability strategies for a diverse portfolio of real estate clients. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver actionable insights, sustainable design principles, and ESG-focused strategies that align with the client’s operational goals and regulatory requirements. Your work will be instrumental in guiding clients toward enhanced sustainability performance, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, and fostering long-term value creation. Your work will contribute directly to optimizing building performance, improving resource efficiency, and enhancing occupant health. You will also support the firm in meeting BCorp standards and demonstrating leadership in sustainable real estate practices.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with real estate clients to design and implement sustainability strategies, aligning with the company's ESG goals.
- Conduct in-depth assessments to identify opportunities for optimizing building operations and reducing environmental impact.
- Develop and oversee projects that promote occupant health, wellbeing, and resource efficiency across portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability measures align with customer experience and tenant engagement objectives.
- Track, measure, and report on sustainability performance, ensuring compliance with internal and external ESG standards.
- Drive initiatives in line with BCorp principles, demonstrating corporate social responsibility and positive environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in sustainability or ESG consulting within the real estate, property management, or related sectors.
- Expertise in sustainable building operations, environmental footprint reduction, and health and wellbeing initiatives for building occupants.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects from conception through to implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of relevant ESG frameworks, B-Corp standards, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Holds a degree or certification in sustainability, ESG, or a related field.
- Specialized qualifications in green building standards, such as LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent, are a strong advantage.
- Additional certifications or experience in real estate sustainability practices or energy efficiency is highly valued.
Salary
£ 70,000-90,000
