EnableGreen is partnering with a rapidly expanding FMCG company to recruit a Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable and Ethical Trade Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, driven professional to join an award-winning, people-focused food business in well-connected Surrey, Greater London, that supplies major UK retailers with ambient products.
Supported by an Ethical Trade Specialist within your team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the company’s products are sourced, shipped, and distributed ethically and sustainably while working alongside industry leaders like the International Seafood Sustainability Foundation. Responsibilities
- Update and manage sustainability and ethical trade policies.
- Oversee ethical practices within the supply chain, including audits and collaborations with vessel owners, suppliers, and retailers.
- Build relationships with key partners and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Develop and manage CSR initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver the company's sustainability report.
- Manage the Ethical Trade Specialist reporting directly to you.
Qualifications
- 2:1 or above Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability, Business, Supply Chain Management) is required; advanced degree preferred.
- Min. 4-5 years of CSR, sustainable supply chain experience cross-industry, preferably in FMCG or food industries.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Passionate about sustainability, supply chain and the food sector.

- Salary: £45,000-£60,000 + discretionary bonus, pension, healthcare, life cover, and 25 days holiday.
